Perk-Crete Pervious Concrete

Pervious-1Pervious concrete is a mix of Portland cement, coarse aggregate, water and admixtures. Because there is little or no sand in the mix, the pore structure contains many voids that allow water and air to pass through.

Cape Cod Ready Mix Waterproof Concrete with integral crystalline additive
We supply integral crystalline waterproofing for projects requiring high levels of watertightness. Unlike a coating or membrane solution, crystalline waterproofing becomes an integral part of the concrete. This enhances durability by reducing permeability of the concrete, preventing water and other corrosives agents from penetrating.

  • Seals Leaking Cracks: capillary tracts and cracks in concrete up to 400 microns in width are sealed and waterproofed
  • Integral: becomes an integral part of the concrete and reduces permeability; waterproofing, chemical resistance and other enhanced concrete properties remain intact even after surface damage
  • Permanent: once the concrete is treated, the crystals remain active and part of the concrete for life
